Antaios

Antaios is developing a new magnetic memory technology combining high speed, infinite endurance and non-volatility (e.g. keeping data when the power is turned off). This unique combination of properties is unseen even in the latest emerging non-volatile memory technologies, such as STT MRAM and Resistive RAM. It opens the door for more performance (through larger caches), for greater power efficiency (by fusing RAM and ROM) and for better reliability (since data can be safely buffered in case of power fault. As a technology provider, Antaios is currently developing its core technology in partnership with industry leaders, with a 3-to-5 years time-to-market.
